About Carmart

Founded in 1948 by the late Mr. Clarence Amerasinghe, Carmart is one of the longest running automobile importers in Sri Lanka, and also one of the oldest continuously operating distributors for its franchises in the Asian region.  We have developed a solid and loyal customer base that has been patronizing our services for more than five decades.  Through the years, Carmart has become a household name and a landmark in Sri Lanka.Our modern showrooms with adjoining workshop facilities are located in inner-city Colombo (the capital of Sri Lanka), on a 43,500 sq. feet site.  We also have another 8,700 sq. feet aftersales site with accident repair facilities, including body jig and paint booth.  Our employee base currently stands at 110.
